excellent guide Darko who is a bit of a star a film star to boot as well - seriously though very knowledgeable and pitched his guided tours spot on. Places visited interesting and timings just right. Food pretty good for the price bar prices reasonable as well - boat spotless - fellow travellers all very chilled - best quote from Darko ā€˜the people wait for the boat but the boat don’t wait for people’ so don’t be late !!
Great Half Day Sail

The tour guide has great English, interesting facts and doesn't overload you with talking all the time. Food was great also. On board crew also very nice. They don't use the sails at all which is disappointing for photos ect. Got picked up from Hotel. The 1A or 1B bus goes to the Port FYI
The 3 islands trip on the Karaka.

We had read some bad reviews of this 3 islands trip after I had booked and very nearly cancelled. I am so pleased I didn't. The Karaka is a stunning replica of a C17th merchant ship. Beautifully maintained and comfortable. We were a small but friendly group due to it being the end of the season and a poor weather forecast. The day however remained warm and sunny. Indira our guide was very knowledgeable about the islands and friendly. We had a short guided walk around the first island with its beautiful gardens, views and car free life style. We had 40 minutes on the first 2 small islands and over 2 hours on the last larger island of Lopud. Enough time to have a stroll and for some a swim and get the feel of island life. We bought some olive oil from a small stall and a small painting on wood to remind us of our visit when we return home to a Yorkshire winter. We had an excellent lunch- for us fish and tasty vegetables and a glass of red wine. We sat on cushioned chairs on the upper deck and enjoyed the stunning views. The 7 or so hours passed quickly watching the sea, exploring the islands and chatting to some lovely fellow guests who even sang Happy Birthday to me over the tannoy. A lovely day I will remember with pleasure. Thank you to the Karaka crew who were a really efficient and friendly team .
